A part of the day will be dedicated for each health issue that will be discussed that week or weekend, depending on how long the retreat is. Our well trained instructors will be available to help and encourage you during your stay. There may be former athletes, dance and yoga instructors, body therapists, coaches, optimists and inspirationalists that are committed to help you reach your full potential in a place where it is supportive, friendly and non-competitive.
The day would begin with a meditation followed by a vigorous walk on the beach, everyone meeting for breakfast and discussing the events of the day. Part of the day may be to educate or help
